Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction management. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining compliance with safety regulations.

Duties

Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. Candidate Should have a very strong understanding of all aspects of Foundation and Framing with Excellent Carpentry skills. Manage project scheduling and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid for effective project tracking and reporting. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce quality control measures. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements. Implement OSHA safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Prepare budgets and estimates for construction projects, ensuring accurate forecasting of costs. Train and mentor team members while fostering a collaborative work environment. Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising teams. Familiarity with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera, and HeavyBid is preferred. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices in the construction industry. Excellent skills in project scheduling, budgeting, estimating, and quality control. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. Experience in pipeline construction is a plus. Strong leadership qualities with effective communication skills to manage diverse teams. A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications related to construction management are advantageous.
