Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be adept at managing teams, schedules, and budgets. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure that all work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for project scheduling and tracking. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to guide project execution effectively. Manage project budgets, including estimating costs and controlling expenses throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure that work meets industry standards and client expectations. Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations. Implement OSHA safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Provide training and mentorship to crew members, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Experience

Proven experience in construction management with a strong understanding of project scheduling and budgeting. Familiarity with construction estimating tools such as HeavyBid is preferred. Experience using construction management software like Bluebeam for document management and collaboration. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and contracts effectively. Supervising experience in a construction site environment is essential. Knowledge of pipeline construction processes is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to operate an ohmmeter or similar tools as needed for quality control checks. Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
