is a highly regarded Property Management company with offices in Hartford and Seymour.We have a full-time opportunity for a skilled
Construction Foreman
with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in most carpentry trades including; framing, drywall, trim, cabinet installation, interior trim and finishing work, insulation, plywood and siding installation, exterior trim, window and door installation, minor painting, minor concrete work, etc. Position requires a minimum of 3 years' experience as a foreman, knowledge of all phases of construction, ability to read blueprints, manage projects independently or with colleagues and the individual must have an exceptional attention to detail. Must possess strong people skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and subcontractors, have own tools of the trade and a truck capable of supporting a 28 ft. ladder and materials.Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and clear driving record Truck capable of supporting a 28 ft ladder Tools of the trade Willing to travel to jobs within the state of CT 5 years carpentry experience/3 years foreman experience
