Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction / Hardscape / Design Build Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Construction Supervisor will lead a team of skilled workers, coordinate with subcontractors when necessary, and maintain a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities and manage the work of laborers. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce safety protocols on-site. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure project requirements are met. Schedule and coordinate project timelines, materials, and equipment. Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality standards are upheld. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including labor hours and material usage. Train new employees in construction techniques, safety practices, and company policies. Skills

Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills. Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise on-site effectively. Familiarity with safety standards and practices in the construction industry. Experience in scheduling and project management software is a plus. Driving / Operating Equipment Drive Stick CDL is a plus! Can use a computer and willing to learn how to use our software.
