Job Description

The Construction Project Executive - Self Perform will oversee and manage construction projects in the property industry, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to timelines. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to drive project success in Braintree.
The Project Executive - Self Perform will:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects within the assigned region.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.

A successful Project Executive - Self Perform should have:
  • Proven expertise in the property industry, specifically in construction.
  • Must have a background in self-perform construction (drywall - preferred, concrete and/or carpentry)
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction.
