Our mission is to provide exceptional aquatic solutions, specializing in the design and construction of swimming pools and spas, while also offering upgrades and repairs for existing facilities.

Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator/Presenter to oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to lead a team effectively.

Duties
- Manage and supervise construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Read and interpret blueprints to plan construction procedures
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and construction workers
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting
- Conduct project scheduling and ensure adherence to timelines
- Implement OSHA safety standards on job sites
- Conduct construction estimating and budgeting
- Use tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical work
- Oversee pipeline installations
- Utilize Prolog software for project management

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and project scheduling
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and construction estimating
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Ability to manage a team effectively and resolve conflicts
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
