Construction Estimator / Sales
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Residential New Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential new construction estimating. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in analyzing project specifications and preparing accurate cost estimates.
Duties:
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the overall cost of construction projects.
- Collaborate with leadership, project managers and sub-contractors to ensure accurate estimates.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess construction sites and gather relevant information.
Experience:
- Proven experience in residential new construction estimating, sales and cost control
- Familiarity with residential construction management principles
