About the Role
We're hiring a Construction Estimator with a strong background in property damage assessments and a sharp eye for detail. If you've worked in construction, restoration, or insurance and are fluent in Xactimate, this is your opportunity to make a real impact while advancing your career.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct on-site inspections of damaged residential and commercial properties
Prepare detailed, accurate estimates using Xactimate
Interpret architectural drawings and insurance policies
Collaborate with adjusters, legal professionals, and clients
Identify hidden damages and code upgrades often missed by carrier adjusters
Maintain organized documentation throughout the claims process
Participate in joint inspections and adjuster meetings as needed
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of experience in construction or property damage estimating
Proficiency in Xactimate (REQUIRED)
Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (REQUIRED)
