Job Description
Branscum Construction Co. Inc., an established leader with more than 45 years in the commercial construction industry, is seeking candidates to fill the position of Estimator. Full-time position with benefits, : The function of the Estimator is to prepare estimates, while supporting the planning, strategy and constructability of the project. Interpret specs and drawings to produce detailed material lists and subcontractor/vendor solicitations. Take off and estimation of construction costs for material, labor, and equipment using current market conditions. Candidate must be very precise, organized and possess excellent communication skills. During the construction phase, the Estimator will support the Project Team to ensure client satisfaction and overall project success. Prior commercial/industrial construction and related estimating experience are essential. Experience with \xe2\x80\x9con screen\xe2\x80\x9d takeoff is preferred but not essential. Normal work schedule is Mon-Friday, with excellent benefits (health/dental/vision/life/401-K).
