Your Mission

Be the

go-to expert

responsible for producing fast, accurate, and strategic cost estimates that win work

and

protect profit. From custom homes to $5M+ federal projects, you'll help us bid smart and build stronger.

Core Responsibilities

Plan Review & Takeoffs

Analyze construction documents (residential, commercial, federal) and extract precise quantities for all divisions.

Subcontractor & Vendor Coordination

Solicit, compare, and qualify bids. Build tight relationships that give us real-time pricing intelligence.

Estimate Building & Proposal Creation

Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and scopes with clarity. Present numbers that make sense, hold water, and win trust.

CRM + Bid Tracking (GoHighLevel)

Maintain tight control of leads, bid stages, and proposal follow-ups. Zero chaos, full clarity.

Foresight & Risk Assessment

Identify gaps, conflicts, or hidden risks in plans or scopes before they cost us. You're not just a calculator--you're a profit protector.

Experience & Qualifications

3+ years in construction estimating (residential, commercial, or government) Deep familiarity with construction means & methods Experience with plan takeoffs (Bluebeam, Planswift, or similar) Bonus: Past experience estimating government contracts or federal work Bonus: Experience working in a Design-Build environment Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
