We are seeking a Construction Estimator with a background in commercial projects to join our team in Portland, ME. This role requires expertise in cost estimation, project planning, and a strong understanding of the construction industry.

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
• Analyze project requirements, including labor, materials, and timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to refine project scopes.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
• Track costs and provide updates to ensure projects remain within budget.
• Assist in negotiating with vendors and subcontractors for competitive pricing.
• Maintain organized records of all estimates and project details.
• Stay updated on market trends and pricing within the Property industry.

• Strong knowledge of construction estimating practices and techniques.

The Construction Estimator will receive:
