Base Salary:

$90,000 - $105,000 (commensurate with experience and project scope)

Annual Bonus:

5-10% of base pay

What You'll Do

Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bid proposals for commercial construction projects ($3M-$150M). Lead takeoffs and scope development using Bluebeam, Planswift, and Togal.AI. Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to refine design intent and pricing strategy. Analyze drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and identify cost-saving opportunities. Manage vendor/subcontractor outreach and build reliable trade relationships. Support business development and preconstruction strategy meetings. Track historical cost data and contribute to continuous improvement in estimating systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.

3-8 years of experience

in commercial estimating or preconstruction (GC experience strongly preferred). Proficient in

Bluebeam, Planswift, Sage/Timberline, or Togal.AI

. Strong understanding of means, methods, and materials for commercial construction. Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and bid documents. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
