Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management and estimating, with the ability to analyze project requirements and provide accurate cost assessments. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and overhead costs. Collaborate with project managers to understand project scope and specifications. Utilize estimating software such as Bluebeam to create and manage estimates efficiently. Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather necessary data for accurate pricing. Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable pricing. Monitor project budgets and provide cost control measures throughout the construction process. Assist in project management tasks to ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints. Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution.
Qualifications

Proven experience in construction estimating or a related field. Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices. Proficiency in using estimating software, particularly Bluebeam. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to effectively negotiate contracts and pricing with various stakeholders. Familiarity with construction site operations and safety regulations. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex information clearly. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
