The Construction Estimating Coordinator plays a critical support role within ROYAL's pre-construction and estimating functions. This position is primarily geared toward estimating activities while also providing select project coordination, administrative, and operational support to ensure accurate, timely, and well-documented bids. The Estimating Coordinator works closely with Estimators, Project Managers, and vendors to assemble bid packages, manage estimating documentation, support pricing accuracy, assist with material and logistics coordination as needed, and ensure a smooth handoff from pre-construction to execution.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining consistency with ROYAL's estimating standards, processes, and systems.
