Begin the process of becoming a Capture Specialist!

Capture Specialists are an integral part of the construction process, providing the raw videos used to make sure Real Estate investors are always up-to-date on the status of their projects. Capture Specialists walk job sites each week and use a 360 camera to capture hi-res videos of 100% of the job site.

IMPORTANT NOTE: OnsiteIQ only offers project-based work which means you accept a project(s) in your market as they come available. Projects range from a few hours a month all the way to a full time capacity, although full time work is rare.

What do we do?

OnsiteIQ is a construction intelligence platform that brings construction sites to its users. We map 360-degree imagery to architectural floor plans. This enables clients to virtually walk through these sites monitoring progress, finding & tracking issues, collaborating with project stakeholders, & more.

How do you get paid?

Time Worked + Miles Traveled + Miscellaneous Expense.

Qualifications & Requirements

Strong communication skills Flexible schedule Positive attitude Patience/Adaptability Reliability Home internet connection Laptop/computer for upload OSHA 10 certification within 30 days
Construction Laborer experience
