Crew Leaders deliver the beautiful finished products designed by our estimators and loved by our customers. Whether you\'re highly experienced or motivated to learn, we\'re ready to help you succeed at Rick\'s. Apprentice Carpenters: If you\xe2\x80\x99re new to building and need a little training before becoming a Crew Leader then start in our 3-month apprentice training program. You\xe2\x80\x99ll start at $19-$22 an hour plus overtime, based on skill level and experience. As soon as your training is finished, we\xe2\x80\x99ll get you in to a leader position on a 2-person crew with a considerable hourly pay increase based upon performance. Starting wages depend on experience, plus commissions and bonuses throughout the year. Job Duties:
- Hands on building of residential exterior projects like fences, decks, and covers
- Communicating with customers
- Using simple software to record job information and materials
- Overseeing yourself and a helper to complete your projects efficiently and completely.
- Is Well-organized
- Effectively manages time and priorities
- Has a strong attention to detail and pride in their work
- Has good written and verbal communication skills
- Has an aptitude for problem solving
