Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Construction Assistant Project Manager to support project management and ensure successful project delivery in the property industry. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist in planning, executing, and finalizing construction projects according to deadlines and budget.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including contractors and vendors, to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, identifying and addressing potential risks.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and change orders.
• Support the procurement process by sourcing materials and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
• Collaborate with the project manager to resolve issues and maintain project quality standards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project specifications.
