Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Project Manager to join the construction department within the commercial construction industry. This role involves managing projects efficiently, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and managing construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  • Support the project manager in decision-making and problem-solving processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
