Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join a dedicated team within the light industrial sector. This role requires a proactive individual to manage and support construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery. This is an office based role so APM must be comfortable reporting to office in Chamblee, GA.

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects within the light industrial sector.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timelines, budgets, and project objectives are met.
  • Monitor job site activities to ensure safety and compliance with company standards.
  • Provide support in preparing project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to maintain project flow.
  • Help identify and resolve potential project risks or issues promptly.
  • Ensure quality control measures are followed throughout the construction process.
  • Support in post-project evaluations and reporting for continuous improvement.

A successful Construction Assistant Project Manager should have:
