Construction Admin & Estimating

professional to join our team in a full-time, in-person role supporting both administrative and estimating functions.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $63,000 - $84,000 based on experience Quarterly performance bonuses 7.5 paid holidays + paid time off Health and dental coverage after 60 days 401(k) with company match after 1 year Advancement and growth opportunities

Role Overview

This position combines construction estimating support with administrative coordination. You'll assist in managing bid documentation, preparing takeoffs, and helping keep projects organized and on track. Responsibilities may include:

Reviewing project plans and specs for takeoffs and estimates Assisting with bid documentation, proposals, and plan submissions Tracking schedules, materials, and job site communications Supporting vendor coordination and internal reporting Organizing digital files, documentation, and internal workflows

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction estimating, coordination, or construction admin Strong computer skills, including Excel and Outlook Experience with Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar estimating tools is a plus Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable High school diploma or equivalent required

Work Environment

Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule Office-based with occasional visits to local job sites W-2 employment only (not remote or contract work)
