And we believe in you. ABOUT THE POSITION Although we\'re an apparel and footwear-focused company, technology is central to everything we do. Columbia Sportswear\xe2\x80\x99s Digital Technology (CDT) group enables an IT infrastructure and applications across four global brands, a global supply chain, and 500+ geographically dispersed stores. These teams support in-store, mobile, and data platforms to enhance customer interface and service in an ever-evolving industry. The Configuration Engineer supports and maintains software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications. This role performs configuration, setup, and updates of the application, including table definitions and access control. The Configuration Engineer is accountable for ensuring the validity of data entered into the application. This role builds and produces reports for business management and staff. The Configuration Engineer sets up user accesses and trains users on the application. This role also recommends changes in applications development, maintenance and system standards.   • Work as part of the Product Creation Technologies (PCT) team to support the various systems used to manage and perform Columbia Sportwear\xe2\x80\x99s product creation process.
  • Assist with operational support on new and existing functionality, including:
    • New user setup
    • Support Requests
    • Documentation of current and new processes.
  • Stay abreast of new releases, features, add-ins, integrations, etc.
  • Develop, document, and deliver training materials
  • Work with the Product Manager to submit application modifications and enhancements
  • Work with end users to analyze process and data flow to recommend improvements to operations.
    • This includes gathering information to identify the business needs through existing process as well as developing or recommending new ones.
    • Assist in developing test plans and scenarios for modifications to ensure comprehensive performance.
  • Execute application change validation and testing to ensure solution efficacy.

YOU HAVE
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in science, business, computer science, or related field
  • 2 \xe2\x80\x93 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 professional experience
  • Agile product lifecycle experience preferred
  • Jira system experience preferred
  • Strong planning and organization, priority setting, and project management skills
  • Strong communication skills
Salary Range: 64,600.00 - 107,900.00 USD Annual **Pay decisions are determined by multiple factors, including what the market is paying, a candidate\xe2\x80\x99s capabilities and skills, years of experience, and internal equity. State Exclude from 100% remote
