Position Summary


Forward Edge-AI is seeking a Seasonal Configuration Analyst to support configuration control, product verification, documentation accuracy, and end-to-end tracking of hardware-software integrated systems within the Isidore production and innovation pipeline.
This highly hands-on role ensures that every device, configuration, firmware version, and system state is documented, validated, and controlled throughout the production lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a recent college graduate with strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to quality, accuracy, and process discipline.
This position is seasonal, onsite, and open only to college graduates or those who have completed all degree requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Apply configuration control processes across multiple production, testing, and validation stations Maintain accurate tracking of devices, firmware versions, configurations, and system readiness states using Excel and Salesforce Perform system-level verification including SD card provisioning, NID system checks, networking validation, and portal functionality testing Troubleshoot and resolve configuration discrepancies, version mismatches, and integration issues Document product states, test results, configurations, and system health indicators with precision Support configuration audits, traceability verification, and readiness reporting Execute structured workflow steps to ensure consistency, compliance, and controlled system changes Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to escalate discrepancies and ensure rapid resolution Identify opportunities to improve configuration tracking, workflow accuracy, and production efficiency

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field Experience with Linux/UNIX and Windows operating environments Strong documentation discipline with exceptional attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a secure, hardware-software integrated, and fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to follow structured workflows with consistency and accuracy

Preferred

Experience with embedded systems, firmware installation, or system-level integration Familiarity with networking fundamentals (IP configuration, console access, DHCP, etc.) Experience using tools such as picocom, minicom, iperf3, or browser-based device portals Exposure to configuration management practices, production environments, or quality control processes

Education & Clearance Requirements

Bachelor's degree required (non-degree applicants will not be considered) U.S. Citizenship required All work must be performed onsite
