Contract: IAFNOS 2 (Lackland AFB)

In support of Network/Cyberspace Operations mission, perform Service Transition Coordination.


Analyzes changes of product design to determine the effect on the product design and function and determines and prepares documentation necessary for change. Coordinates with customers and manufacturers to determine a process for change reporting. Reviews released engineering change data and changes documenting activities to ensure adherence to configuration management procedures and policies.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Coordinate and facilitate effective accomplishment of change and incident management among AFIN operators. This task includes: Receiving calls from AFIN operators to coordinate change process and incident resolution Processing, reviewing, categorizing, documenting and working with stakeholders to ensure high visibility Change Requests and Incidents are approved/routed through the system in a timely manner







Job Requirements:

Education & Experience

Requires a bachelor's degree, and 2 - 4 years of related experience

Certifications

Required: IAT II = Security+, CySA+, CCNA - Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP or higher ITIL v4 Foundation Desired: ITIL v4 Specialist - Create, Deliver, Support and/or ITIL v4 Strategist - Direct, Plan, and Improve

Security Clearance

Required: Applicants must have active Secret clearance with ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility Desired: Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility

Other (Travel, Work Environment, DoD 8570 Requirements, Administrative Notes, etc.)

Day Shift. This is a 24/7/365 mission and extended hours/days may be required.
