SBM Management is looking for a Conference Room Ambassador to help them shine! We are searching for a hardworking dependable individual to join the team as our company continues to grow! The Conference Room Ambassador enhances the conference room's general appearance around all campus', working in their assigned campus'/buildings. The CRA is responsible for maintaining the serviceability and aesthetic integrity of all conference facilities, as well as the restock of all amenities
Responsibilities
Verify time in conference rooms and cozies

• Verify time in conference rooms and cozies
• Put the cords inside the enclosures
• Adjust Blinds if necessary
• Set chairs tight around table
• Re-stock Conference room amenities
• Check white board supplies and make sure they are following the stocking standards. DO NOT TOUCH WHITE BOARD
• Report any safety issues (broken furniture, lights out, wet floor, etc.) Copy rooms
• Report any issues to "Copy Room" Ambassador in team communication group
• Replace "Weekly Push", "Product Business", & "Visualize this" sheet in every stall sign holder in assigned buildings weekly
• Accept Weekly/Daily email meeting invites of "Faceversary" delivery orders
• Receive orders from designated delivery locations from" Ship Happens" and deliver to each orders recipient

Qualifications
Custodial experience is preferred but not required * Speak and Write English
Compensation: $19.60- $20.60 per hour
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm
