Job Summary:

Using various hand and power tools, perform tasks association with the construction of underground concrete structures such as cleaning and preparing sites, setting braces and forms, erecting scaffolding, and handling and tying rebar.

Hours:

Ability to work hourly full time, generally 7:00am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays More/less hours may be required based on weather conditions and project demands Winter layoff may occur annually

Required Qualifications:

Authorized to work in the United States required. Minimum of at least 18 years of age required. Ability to work according to Roloff Construction's core values: +

Ability to shovel and read a tape measure Physical Requirements + Stand for long periods of time, as well as kneel, crouch and/or crawl
+ Carry tools and equipment, frequently lift and carry materials weighing 25-100 lbs
+ Climb up and down ladders
+ Be able to see (naturally or with correction)

Preferred Qualifications:

Concrete structure experience working in the outdoors preferred. General knowledge of formwork systems and drawings preferred. * High school education or equivalent preferred.
