T&R Construction is a civil construction contractor specializing in a wide variety of construction work. We focus on commercial building site preparation, soil conservation, site clearing, demolition, underground utility construction, rock, dirt, concrete, and heavy equipment hauling.

T&R Construction is looking to hire an experienced concrete pump truck operator to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating the truck and concrete pumps on various construction sites, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of concrete. This role requires a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation and the ability to work collaboratively with other construction professionals to achieve project goals.

Job Requirements

Operate concrete pumps safely and efficiently on job sites. Collaborate with site supervisors and crew to determine concrete delivery needs. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Assist in the setup and breakdown of pumping equipment at job sites. Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including material usage and equipment performance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while on-site. Communicate effectively with team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise. Strong work ethic Must pass a drug test Work in a crew environment Adhere to all safety rules and OSHA/MSHA regulations. Valid Class A CDL or ability to obtain Acceptable driving record to be covered by company insurance

Ideal Candidate

Experience operating a large concrete pump truck - our truck is a 48 meter Proficient in heavy equipment operation, particularly concrete pumps, and loaders Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment Familiarity with dump trucks and other commercial construction vehicles

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
