Job Description

Job Summary:

The Concrete Precaster will be responsible for performing various tasks involved in the manufacturing of precast concrete products. This role includes operating machinery, handling materials, and ensuring the quality of the finished products. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment used in the production of precast concrete products. Handle and transport materials such as concrete, molds, and reinforcing materials. Follow production schedules and instructions to meet daily targets. Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist in the setup and dismantling of molds and forms. Report any issues or defects to the supervisor. Repairing minor defects in the concrete products using hand tools and other equipment. Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures. Form, reinforce, pour concrete, and finish precast products according to drawings and specifications. Core precast concrete per drawings and specifications. Forklift operation skills are a plus
