We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of project execution for a rapidly growing office. This role is critical for ensuring operational excellence, resolving complex challenges, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety across multiple projects.
The ideal Operations Manager is a strategic leader and problem solver with deep expertise in self-perform concrete construction. They thrive in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple priorities, and have a proven ability to deliver large, complex projects on time and within budget. This person combines technical knowledge with strong leadership and communication skills, ensuring alignment between project teams, clients, and senior leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years' experience with large-scale self-perform GC or concrete contractor.
• Proven track record in project planning, scheduling, and leadership.
• Prior Sr. Project Manager experience highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements and construction quality assurance.
• Ability to manage budgets, change orders, and requisitions.
• History of completing large, complex projects on time and within budget in Florida.
• Self-perform concrete experience required.

• Base salary: $160,000 and $180,000 yearly
