Keenan Masonry & Hardscape is hiring a hardworking and reliable

Concrete Laborer

to assist with concrete and hardscape projects throughout Sussex County, Delaware. This is a hands-on role supporting the crew with setup, preparation, pouring, and finishing tasks.

We're looking for someone dependable, motivated, and eager to learn. Experience with concrete work is preferred, but strong work ethic and willingness to grow with the company are equally important.

Responsibilities:

Assist with setting forms, preparing sub-base, and grading Help with mixing, pouring, spreading, and compacting concrete Support finishing tasks such as edging, brooming, and cleanup Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment Maintain clean and safe job sites Work closely with crew members and foreman to complete tasks efficiently Operate basic construction tools and equipment (training available) Perform physically demanding labor in various weather conditions

Requirements:

1+ year of construction, concrete, or laborer experience preferred

Must pass a background check Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation to Millsboro, DE and surrounding job sites Ability to lift 50-80 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Must be available for occasional Saturdays

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Occasional Saturdays 8-10 hour shifts Overtime and weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:

$500 bonus

after 3 months of employment
