Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman / Finisher to join our crew. The ideal candidate is a hardworking, safety-minded leader with strong technical skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Concrete forming, pouring, and finishing to high-quality standards Rebar installation and reinforcement work Reading and interpreting plans, blueprints, and specifications Using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Operating heavy equipment Ensuring accuracy in measurements and project execution Leading and working alongside a crew in both local and remote job sites Maintaining safety, productivity, and efficiency on all projects
Qualifications

Valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check Willingness to work full-time and overtime, including out-of-town or remote assignments if required Strong teamwork and leadership skills Ability to lift 100+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks (bending, kneeling, standing for long hours) Mechanical knowledge and hands-on construction experience Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but but mandatory CDL
Compensation
