Proven ability to supervise and manage a team of professionals in concrete construction including managing deadlines with a safety-first focus. Working hand in hand with the General Superintendent, expectations for this position include:
Construction layout experience including ability to take provided control points and establish building dimensions and confirm grading of site prior to beginning construction activities.
Validate field concrete takeoff quantities.
Communicate production goals identified with General Superintendent to crew members and closely supervise to ensure these goals are maintained.
Complete toolbox talks with crew members and identify hazards with the project team.
Ensure quality meets the expectations of ARW and the client.
Interpret plans, shop drawings and specifications for correct performance of work.
Identify design conflicts, scheduling issues, and advise project team.
Experience and Qualifications:
3+ years of concrete foreman experience
Valid drivers license
OSHA 10 Certification
Experience leading crews of 4+ people while forming and pouring concrete.
