Field Operations Manager - Concrete Division

Based in Lincoln, NE (travel about 50%)





We're looking for a

Field Operations Manager

to help lead our Concrete Division. This role is all about keeping projects running smoothly, supporting your crews, and setting the tone for safety, quality, and productivity every day.





You'll report to the Commercial Ag Director and work closely with division leadership to build strong teams, improve processes, and deliver great results for our customers.

What You'll Do

Lead and support Superintendents, Foremen, and craft teams in the field. Set goals, track performance, and help your team grow through regular feedback and coaching. Keep safety front and center -- inspect sites, correct issues quickly, and set the example. Work with Project Management, Logistics, and the Shop to make sure people, equipment, and materials are where they need to be. Keep schedules updated and adjust as needed when priorities shift. Look for better, faster, and safer ways to get work done -- and share what's working. Help build a crew structure that supports accountability and teamwork. Oversee crew vehicles, tools, and equipment. Visit jobsites often (some overnight travel required) to stay connected and help crews succeed.

What You'll Bring

Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in concrete operations preferred. 5+ years in a leadership or management role. Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate people. Solid understanding of concrete construction processes and schedules. Ability to read plans and specs and make field adjustments as needed. Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented. Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish a plus. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
