Foothills Retirement Community is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Concierge to join our team to create a warm hospitality experience for all our residents, staff and visitors. In this position, you will enjoy working with a passionate team to provide quality service throughout our community.

What You Will Do:

Greet residents, guests, and families in a warm and friendly manner Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual Provide information about the community and its amenities Assist with scheduling appointments and transportation for residents Handle resident inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Assist with administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
