We are growing and seeking a Customer Service Rock Star who is also a US resident to join our team. As part of our Concierge team at RVnGO, you will be responsible for delivering 5-star customer service, building trust and relationships with clients, as well as contributing significantly to the growth of a fast-paced startup company. The Concierge Associate is responsible for working autonomously as well as within the team and other departments such as Customer Success and Sales. In this position you will be the main hub and first point of contact of a person-to-person platform, dealing with RV rental companies, individual RV owners, renters, and potential customers, with all of whom you will need to nurture and build relationships to increase paid RV bookings. This is a Remote and Full-Time position, but hours will vary and can include evenings and weekends. This position reports to the Concierge Team Management. Position Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Deliver exceptional phone customer service with problem solving, confidence, and comfort in speaking to a variety of customers. \xc2\xb7 Convert RV Rental inquiry calls into paid RV bookings \xc2\xb7 Strong written and verbal ability of the English Language \xc2\xb7 Learn and be proficient on our proprietary rental platform to ensure our customers have a successful and seamless experience. \xc2\xb7 Treat everyone as your customer - whether existing or potential \xe2\x80\x93 in order to achieve optimal success and drive growth. \xc2\xb7 Help to support other departments with special tasks as needed. \xc2\xb7 We are a tech start-up, so everyone wears multiple hats \xe2\x80\x93 you included! Essential Skills and Experience \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in the following \xe2\x80\x93 Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with Zoho CRM and other Zoho apps \xc2\xb7 1+ years in a customer support/service position at minimum \xc2\xb7 Problem-solving skills \xe2\x80\x93 Find solutions for your customer, think outside the box, go above and beyond. You must be a good listener, proactively anticipate customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and act on a consultatory basis. \xc2\xb7 Building relationships - Establish trust internally as well as externally, always maintain integrity, treat others with respect, maintain accountability to yourself as well as your teammates. \xc2\xb7 Create wins \xe2\x80\x93 Small or large, we celebrate them. You\xe2\x80\x99ll have a team of experts helping you every step of the way to help drive success for the company. \xc2\xb7 Self-awareness and comfort in seeking assistance from a manager or teammate for help in situations you\xe2\x80\x99re unfamiliar with. \xc2\xb7 Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not necessary.
