Community Marketing Agent

Reports To:

Marketing Director

Purpose

The Community Marketing Agent (OPC) provides information and opportunities for qualifying couples and individuals to attend a Timeshare presentation.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Serves as the first point of contact for Sapphire Resorts Sales Experience. Greets, presents, and incentivizes potential clients to attend a sales presentation at Sapphire Resorts. Must be welcoming and provide a professional first impression of Sapphire Resorts while pre-qualifying potential customers. Maintains an accurate record and customer logs. Responsible for the collection and delivery of any deposits received from the guests. Responsible for maintaining production at or above minimum performance standards.

General Statement

- Performs the job assigned, complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity.

Job Requirements

Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:

High School diploma/GED referred.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

1 to 3 years of sales or marketing experience is preferred, not required. Ability to maintain production standards. Ability to overcome objections. Must be energetic and outgoing.

Shift: Weekends and holidays are required

Travel:

Must be able to commute to different locations.
