We are seeking

professional, dependable drivers

to provide

non-emergency, post-surgery transportation

for clients being discharged from surgery centers to their home, hotel, or recovery location.

This role is ideal for someone who values

service, responsibility, and client safety

, and is comfortable assisting clients who may be groggy or unsteady following anesthesia.

Key Responsibilities

Pick up clients from surgery centers after their procedure Safely transport clients to their home, hotel, or recovery location Provide light physical assistance as needed (arm support, steadying while walking) Assist client into their residence or hotel room if required Communicate professionally with surgery center staff and My Lending Hands team Maintain a calm, respectful, and reassuring presence at all times Follow all discharge and safety protocols Represent My Lending Hands with professionalism and discretion
Requirements

Must live in

Orange County or Los Angeles County

Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable vehicle with

full coverage insurance

Comfortable transporting post-operative clients (sedated or recovering) Ability to assist clients physically (non-medical assistance only) Excellent communication and punctuality Professional appearance and demeanor Must be willing to wear

black polo/black attire

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience in caregiving, patient transport, home care, hospitality, or medical settings CNA, caregiver, or healthcare-adjacent background Experience working with surgery centers or post-op clients
Compensation

Paid

per completed transport

Mileage add-on for longer distances Same-day or prompt payment Opportunity for consistent work as volume grows
Important Notes

This is a

1099 independent contractor position

. Drivers are scheduled based on availability, location, and performance. Reliability and professionalism are critical, as our clients are in a vulnerable recovery state.

Pay: $25.00 - $100.00 per day
