Concierge Landscape Specialist

The Key Gardener - Sarasota, FL

Full-Time $70,000-$75,000 Company Vehicle Premium Estate Properties

We're looking for a polished, detail-driven Concierge Landscape Specialist to help care for some of Sarasota's most exclusive estate homes. This role blends hands-on horticulture with white-glove client service.

What You'll Do

Perform detailed property walkthroughs Diagnose irrigation, lighting, and basic PHC issues Maintain high-end landscape presentation standards Communicate professionally with homeowners & managers Identify enhancement opportunities and report proactively Support the Concierge Maintenance Foreman and Gardeners
What We're Looking For

Strong horticulture knowledge (palms, ornamentals, tropicals) Basic irrigation & low-voltage lighting troubleshooting Detail-focused, proactive, polished communication Experience on premium residential or estate properties preferred Valid driver's license
