GENERAL SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, the Concierge shall ensure total satisfaction of the patient and guest experience, delivering the exemplary customer service to all guests and stakeholders of a Henry Ford Hospital. He or she will greet guests in a cheerful and professional manner and will assess and anticipate guest\'s needs. The Concierge will be resourceful and creative to find ways of satisfying guests and stakeholder\'s needs, inquiries or requests with professionalism and efficiency. Routinely circulates through the hospital to ensure that each patient and their families service exceed their expectations. He or she is a source of information from both internal and external customers. He or she will be responsible for all customer feedback addressing challenges as needed and ensuring customer satisfaction. Will also be responsible for ensuring all feedback responses are in line with our policy as well as regulatory requirements.
