Position Summary


The Concessions Attendant plays a key role in creating a fun and welcoming experience for every guest. This position is responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages--both alcoholic and non-alcoholic--while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and guest service. The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities


Provide exceptional guest service with a friendly, energetic attitude.


Operate the POS system, handle cash and credit transactions, and follow all money-handling policies.


Follow all sanitation and food safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.


Support parties and special events by serving and assisting guests in the party room


Plate food orders in accordance with company presentation standards.


Pour beer and alcoholic beverages, as well as serve non-alcoholic drinks, following FEG standards and all applicable safety regulations.


Requirements:


Minimum age of 21 years old


TAM card required


Previous bartender or food & beverage experience preferred


Ability to handle money, operate a POS system, and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Physically able to stand for extended periods (up to 5 hours) and lift to 40 lbs.
