Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Concession Stand Worker to provide exceptional service at our venue. The ideal candidate will be responsible for food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized concession area. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering quality food and excellent customer service to guests. Prior experience in food service, retail, or the food industry is preferred, along with strong time management and sales skills.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of food items quickly and accurately, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Handle cash and credit card payments accurately, providing correct change and receipts Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining friendly customer interactions Maintain cleanliness of the concession area, including bussing tables, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing surfaces Restock supplies as needed to ensure the stand is fully operational during all shifts Assist with food handling, portion control, and basic food preparation tasks in accordance with health regulations Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and professionally Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety

Experience

Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in cashiering, food preparation, or serving in a cafe or grocery store setting is beneficial Strong math skills for cash handling and basic transaction calculations Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures in a restaurant or food industry setting Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential for success in this role

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
