Titles: Computer Support Specialist
Duration: Contract
Location: New York, NY (10005)
Shift Timings: Mon-Fri (37.5 hours per week)
Pay: USD 20/hr - USD 25/hr
Position summary:
Provide second-level hardware and software support to agency staff across multiple office locations, manage hardware lifecycle processes, and assist with IT initiatives and asset tracking. Responsibilities also include maintaining tickets, conducting technical testing, and developing user and IT documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely second-level hardware and software support
- Support all aspects of the hardware device lifecycle management
- Maintain tickets in the ServiceNow ticket tracking database.
- Update calls with actions and resolutions as necessary
- Assist with asset inventory tracking, including office site visits, reviewing Warehouse stock and updating the asset database information.
- Develop technical user and IT documentation.

High School Diploma, Technical Degree/Certificate Program, Bachelor's Degree
