Shift Timings: Mon-Fri (8am-5pm)
Pay: USD 22/hr-USD 25/hr
Position summary:
Responsible for managing and tracking program information, including budgets, outcomes, and stakeholder submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with program guidelines. Provides technical assistance, training, data analysis, and reporting support while maintaining and improving internal databases and stakeholder communications.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, prepare, review, process, and track incoming program information including budget and outcome data.
• Review and approve incoming program level information from stakeholders to ensure compliance; provide technical assistance to stakeholders as needed.
• Provide training and support for internal staff, as well as stakeholders.
• Perform data entry into various databases and analyze for reporting out.
• Extract, analyze, and summarize program information from databases.
• Maintain and improve internal databases used for tracking program information.
• Maintain program inboxes and adhere to program guidelines when communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Award will be based on best value.
