Job Title: Computer Support Specilaist
Location: On-site, Albany, NY

Hours: M- F, 9a - 5p

About the Role
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and highly motivated individual to assist with program functions in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment. This role requires strong technical skills, adaptability, and excellent interpersonal communication to support both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret data to support program objectives.
• Create and maintain data dictionaries for system consistency.
• Run and maintain data pipeline processes.
• Map existing databases and perform routine database maintenance as directed.
• Provide general computer support across the organization.
• Deliver training and technical support for Department of Health staff, providers, and consumers.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a professional IT-based setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, SharePoint, and Access.
• Ability to enter and extract data from electronic databases.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple shifting priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal and external entities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience creating and maintaining databases and mapping existing ones.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or Tableau.
