Job Description

Our client is seeking a Computer Support Specialist to assist with Federal and State complaint and surveillance activities in Article 28 facilities throughout New York State. These facilities include hospitals, diagnostic and treatment centers, ambulatory surgical centers, and dialysis facilities.
Job Responsibilities
Computer Support Specialists will assist with activities related to Federal and State complaint and surveillance efforts across regulated healthcare facilities. Responsibilities include providing technical and administrative support, assisting staff with systems and applications, and supporting data management related to oversight activities.
Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
One year of office experience
Well organized and detail oriented
Ability to explain technical concepts to individuals without an IT background
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and work within complex databases
