Job Description

:

The CCSS Specialist must be available to work Monday - Friday. Must maintain a flexible schedule and be available to work early mornings, days and provide services in any of the agency's offices, outside community, schools and/or homes.

The CCSS Specialist coordinates and provides services and resources to individuals/families necessary to promote recovery, rehabilitation and resiliency. The CCSS Specialist addresses goals specifically in the following areas: independent living, learning, working, socializing and recreation.

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required plus three years' experience working the target population; or AA degree in a human service field plus two years' experience working with the target population; or related Bachelor's degree plus one-year relevant experience working with the target population.

Related college degrees include Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, Family Studies, Education, Special Education and Human Services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
