Coalfield Family Services is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Specialist to ensure our operations meet all applicable state regulations and internal standards. This role is vital to maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our services through vigilant oversight and strategic policy development.

Key Responsibilities

Review client and staff files for compliance with state and agency regulations Submit insurance claims and manage billing processes Investigate and resolve denied insurance claims Develop, update, and implement agency policies and procedures Monitor and enforce adherence to internal standards across departments
Qualifications

Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and insurance billing practices Excellent organizational and analytical skills Quick Learner Able to work independently Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidelines Experience in policy writing and procedural enforcement preferred Commitment to ethical standards and continuous improvement
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 - 35.0 per week
