Responsibilities

Additional support is needed to set up a solution for tariffs applied to US, as well as ensure the accuracy of all value declarations to US Customs & Border Protection (CBP) Reviews corporate documents, submissions, etc., for purposes of ensuring compliance with a variety of specific governmental regulations. This may involve SEC (securities), OSHA, workers' compensation, or, in the case of a drug manufacturer or distributor, various FDA regulations. Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certification required Previous experience in Food, Beverage or CPG experience is preferred. Strong understanding and experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or import/export operations, particularly in the context of tariffs and customs regulations, U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) requirements and tariffs, and governmental regulations, including but not limited to SEC, OSHA, and FDA regulations.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $41.25 per hour
