As our Fintech Compliance Specialist, you'll help shape how banking is delivered in the digital age by turning regulation into innovation.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role on a developing, fast-growing team that reports to our MRV Connect Compliance Officer. You'll gain valuable experience and exposure to compliance certification within the financial industry while helping scale a new line of business.



What You'll Do



Ensure fintech and digital payment services comply with all federal and state regulations (BSA/AML, Reg E, Reg Z, UDAAP, etc.) Partner with product, operations, and technology teams to embed compliance into new banking solutions Conduct risk assessments, monitoring, audits, and transaction reviews Maintain and update policies, procedures, and controls to reflect evolving regulations Provide training and guidance for teams and fintech partners on compliance requirements Support regulatory exams and audit preparation Stay ahead of industry changes and advise on compliance trends Champion compliance as a strategic enabler that drives innovation, not just a checkpoint

What You'll Bring



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Legal Studies, or related field (or equivalent experience) Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and communication skills Experience in financial services, payments, or fintech compliance (preferred) Working knowledge of applicable banking and payments regulations (preferred) A mindset that's equal parts detail-driven and forward-thinking
