Summary

The Compliance Program Manager manages Teachers regulatory compliance programs, policies, reporting, and practices.

Qualifications & Education

Bachelor's Degree or minimum of eight years directly related experience required Minimum five years of compliance program experience required Minimum five years in an audit, financial service or related industry in a compliance role required Requires a thorough knowledge Corporate Communications | Internal Audit | Internal Controls | Regulatory Environment | Regulatory Reporting | Training Program Administration | Organizational Policy Development | Compliance Documentation | Compliance Risk Assessment | Governance, Risk & Compliance Software Client Administration | Customer Care | Customer Communications | Customer Complaint Escalation | Customer Complaint Resolution | Customer Interaction | Customer Lifecycle Management | Customer Relations | Customer Relationship Management (CRM) | Customer Retention | Customer Satisfaction | Customer Service Metrics | Customer Support | Escalation Management | Issue Resolution | Customer Service Monitoring Software Excellent strategic, problem solving, and analytical skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Job Duties

Ensures that all activities follow regulatory requirements related to the governance of the organization as well as any industry-specific or location-specific laws Oversees internal controls and auditing systems that monitor and report on regulated activities and processes Implements risk-based compliance testing of existing procedures and controls to identify, detect, and correct noncompliance Evaluates and implements changes to compliance processes due to new or amended regulations Delivers communication and training initiatives that inform stakeholders about compliance requirements Oversees the resolution of customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization Acts as a liaison with product/service suppliers to determine validity of complaints and design and implement product or process change to reduce the number of complaints Performs other duties upon request of immediate manager

The good faith range for this position is $93,000 - $116,250 annually. This range is an estimate based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
