Compliance Manager, Greater Idaho and California areas
Job Summary:
Lead customer service excellence across PSM/RMP program support, platform optimization, portfolio growth, consulting services, and implementation coordination for the Greater Idaho and California region.
Drive regional success by supporting internal and external customers through expertise in PSM/RMP standards, strategic leadership, sales excellence, world-class customer service, vendor partnerships, and team development aligned with organizational strategy.
Essential Functions:
Progressive experience managing PSM/RMP programs, ideally spanning roles from program coordinator through program development, including hands-on program software experience
Proven people leadership experience managing teams of PSM/RMP analysts and coordinators
Drive revenue growth through strategic sales channels and develop actionable goals to achieve departmental revenue objectives
Demonstrated experience with OSHA and EPA audits, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks
PSM/RMP management experience in California, Washington, Oregon, and Idaho strongly preferred. Regional or national support experience is a plus
Exceptional customer service skills required. Must effectively interact with corporate and site management, meet deliverables and timelines, and serve as the primary customer contact
Ability to customize and develop solutions for customer-specific PSM/RMP program management needs and software configurations
Develop comprehensive training materials for all aspects of PSM/RMP programs, including foundational resources, program-specific aids, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Stay current with new laws, regulations, and industry trends
Proven ability to effectively manage remote associates through Leader Standard Work or other comparable methodologies
Business and financial acumen, and the ability to work through dynamic situations and collaborate with key stakeholders
Make decisions based upon data, identify trends, solve problems, and make recommendations for improvements
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
Industrial refrigeration or chemical plant operations experience required
High level of proficiency required in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge:
Strong financial acumen and business insight
Solid decision-making and strong analytical skills
Negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders toward desired outcomes
Self-directed with the ability to manage and maintain own schedule
Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels
Communicate effectively with people at all levels of public and private organizations, internal and external
Demonstrate an uncompromising level of integrity and code of ethics
May require frequent travel by air and/or car
Occasional work in the evenings and weekends to meet customer requirements
Position requires reasoning, negotiating, instructing, persuading, and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders while responding appropriately to constructive feedback from executive management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
